Why is Therapy Right For You?
Life can be really challenging and finding the time to take care of yourself is important. I work with clients on improving their work life balance through boundary setting, advocating for needs and identifying what is feeling missing from their lives. Building coping skills to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, addiction and trauma allows clients to develop positive ways of managing their conditions independently.
As a partner to a person with chronic illness, I appreciate having the opportunity to support other caregivers as they navigate caring for their loved ones and keeping their own needs in mind. I enjoy working with individuals who experience chronic illness and pain issues to improve their quality of life.
I provide secure telehealth therapy for adults residing in Pennsylvania. I aim to provide a safe and inclusive space to all individuals seeking therapy

Hi I’m Lauren
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling and Psychology from Chestnut Hill College, and my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Temple University. I have been practicing as a therapist for 12 years.
I have experience in the behavioral health field working in community mental health, inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation, inpatient addictions withdrawal management and rehabilitation, and hospice care.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused techniques, ACT - Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Trauma-Informed care to best assist my clients in reaching their goals.
I am an intuitive and active listener who finds deep fulfillment in helping others. My capacity for empathy has been lifelong and has led me on the counseling path. I treat my clients with care but full knowledge that it is their journey and I am only the guide. I believe that promoting self-advocacy alongside self-care is monumental in therapy.
